As a Partner, Mary works closely with clients and the firm’s Leadership Team to establish goals, identify design direction, and facilitate a plan of action for each assignment. Mary received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1994. Since joining the firm in 1994, Mary has been involved in the design of several prestigious projects that have impacted Nashville - Music City Center, Country Music Hall of Fame, Frist Art Museum, and Tennessee Bicentennial Capitol Mall. She recently completed 1030 Music Row, a mass-timber office building, and is working on a renovation & new Hospitality Center for Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery. Mary is responsible for visual communications and marketing resources for the firm as well as employee recruitment. She is a committed Architect and uses her creativity to help shape and improve the environment around her. Mary is a graduate of Leadership Middle Tennessee, where she served as the 2017 Class President, and now serves on its Board of Directors. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Nashville, Class of 2022. Roskilly is also an active member of the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and serves on the AEC Power Women Executive Committee. Roskilly frequently gives lectures and tours of the firm’s notable projects to community and professional groups. She has been recognized by the Nashville Business Journal for several distinctions, including Women of Influence (2019), Commercial Real Estate Leadership Award for Architect of the Year (2020), and was named to the 2021 and 2022 Power 100: Connectors list.
