These new renderings share the updated office building on Music Row. This building will be a 5-story building, covered by glass acting as a jewel box exposing the mass timber structure inside.

“Of note, the building will be constructed largely of timber — which would rank it among the city’s more unusual structures if standing today. The updated images note the design has been modified, with the previous iteration having been eyed for six floors. As planned now, the future building will show more exterior glass than had been considered.”
