'Ole Red' Coming to Gatlinburg

Last week, Blake Shelton and Ryman Hospitality announced plans to open a third Ole Red location in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. While the flagship venue is located in Nashville's Lower Broadway entertainment district famous for it's live music, Ole Red Gatlinburg will be the first of it's kind in the city already known as a tourism destination with 12 million annual visitors. The country lifestyle inspired Ole Red brand is a perfect fit for Gatlinburg, and Shelton hopes it will spark a live music and nightlife scene similar to that of Nashville.

Gatlinburg is one of my all-time favorite places. This part of the country is full of people who love good food, great music, family and most importantly, a good time. That’s what Ole Red is all about, and I can’t wait to give my fans another place to have fun in Gatlinburg.
— Blake Shelton

Planned to open in spring 2019, the 16,000 venue features a two-story bar and restaurant, retail area, exterior terrace, and a dance floor and performance space including state-of-the-art performance equipment such as concert-level production and sound capabilities and LED screens throughout the space. The southern inspired menu will feature classics like hot chicken and waffles, barbecue, and burgers.
