MTSU to upgrade historic Kirksey Old Main, Rutledge Hall with $54M renovation

Built in 1911, Kirksey Old Main and Rutledge Hall are among the first ever constructed buildings at Middle Tennessee State University and are still in use at present day. They represent the longevity and prestige of the institution while highlighting the evolution of education and student life on campus. Now, over 110 years later, the university seeks to memorialize and restore these two historic structures to better serve its growing student body.

Mass - Timber Project Makes Its Mark on Nashville Music Row

1030 Music Row, a 5 story mass-timber office space, is set to complete early spring. The third building developed by Panattoni, they understand the importance of Music Row and it’s need to continue to grow and adapt to various industries in Nashville. 1030 will be the first mass timber building for Panattoni and the second to be constructed in the city of Nashville.
